Our customer is an international, very successful and reputable property investor with current investments of approximately 600 million €. Our customer now intends to develop its activities on the Romanian market. To support this objective our customer is currently looking for a qualified person to join its team in the position of:
INTERNAL AUDITOR
Job Purpose:
Internal audit & organization function is focused on design, creation, implementation of specific business procedures in Immorent Romania, whereas the core businesses of the company are lease financing, project development and construction services.
It ensures also the compliance with legal framework set by NBR, with tax regulations and with internal regulations, but also the ongoing busienss risk assesment and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation and observation of strong business organization rules and procedures;
Propose, update, implement improvements/changes in existing internal procedures business/operational flows;
Supervise reporting activity and specific comittees' activities (i.e. audit, risk) under NBR rules;
Ensures compliance with Group and NBR norms, rules and regulations.
The audit activity will cover two main areas performed in two sister companies: leasing and real-estate project development.
As an auditor of a leasing co., the activity will be alligned to NB Norm 18/2006
Economics/Legal; membership with Romanian Chamber of Chartered Internal Auditors
