· To perform audits in branches, agencies, Head Office divisions, departments, according to banking local legislation, Internal Audit Manual and regulations, as well as Group Instructions;
· To perform tests in accordance with internal audit methodology;
· To collect information and analyze the collected information, prepare analytical reviews
· To apply audit procedures, identify errors, risks and breaches of internal regulations/legislation, as well as to propose related recommendations for mitigating the risks and solve issues;
· To Identify weaknesses in internal controls and make recommendations for improvements;
· To prepare documented working papers and related drafts of audit reports;
· To follow-up deficiencies/recommendations mentioned in the previous audit reports, on a timely and appropriately basis;
Requirements:
· University Degree (preferably Economics);
· Minimum 2-3 years experience in auditing (banking experience will be considered a plus)lation;
· Banking experience in a similar position (Internal Auditor) will be considered a plus;
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
· Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point):

· Communicative, analytical and very organized person;
· Availability of traveling in the country;
· Team spirit;
· Efficient, self – confident person, able to focus under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
· Reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and integrity.
