RESPONSABILITATI

-Perform internal audit (remote control) and monitoring of ING Offices activity, in terms of observing internal procedures, per detailed review of banking systems. Identify related aspects for each ING Office, formalise them in internal audit reports.
-Perform field visits in ING Offices to discuss results of monitoring and agree on ways to correct certain aspects.
-Identify main risks and recommend appropriate solutions to cover/mitigate these risks in retail banking activity.
-Ensuring compliance with local and Head Office regulatory requirements.


CERINTE

-University degree ¿ economics / banking;
-At least 2 years working experience in Internal Audit Retail in a commercial bank or in other retail banking departments such as Investigations, Retail Risk;
-Good knowledge on retail banking products and related operational aspects and on internal audit principles;
-Very good computer skills (Microsoft office; Access; operational banking systems);
-Good knowledge of local NBR rules and regulations;
-High degree of objectivity and integrity;
-Analytical skills;
-Problem solving skills.
-Proactive;
-Very well organised;
-Strong communication skills;
-Good command of English language (both written and spoken).
-Availability to travel in the country;
