Coordinating and contributing to the preparation of the strategic risk assessment and plan;
Coordinating and contributing to the preparation of the annual audit plan;
Drawing-up the audit budget and following-up its evolution;
Conducting performance, financial and compliance audit projects;
Supervising audits and reviewing the work performed in order to ensure the adequacy of the audit scope, the testing performed and of the conclusions reached;
Editing audit reports in order to facilitate recommendations and ultimately corrective actions;
Communicating the results of the audits in reports to the board;
Providing training, coaching and supervision to the Internal Audit staff.
For our client, URSUS Breweries, we are looking for an Internal Audit Manager.
University degree (economics);
Certification as CIA, CPA or CISA would be an advantage;
ACCA certification;
Experience in external or internal audit, accounting, business analysis or program evaluation;
Computer knowledge (SAP knowledge would be a plus);
Fluent in English;
Organized, creative and open-minded;
Analytical thinking, with structured logical approach.
