WE NEED YOU TO:
-Communicate timely any potential risks (losses, fraud, inefficiency) to Internal Controller South Eastern Europe and Finance team.
- Ensure high level of Internal Control and prevent financial risks in the company by implementing all necessary rules, requirements and procedures and establish a local Internal Control policy, taking into account the specificities of the country, laws and regulations -> lead the local projects identified together with Internal Controller SEE – audits, process and risk mapping, Gap analysis, to ensure that the Internal Control requirements are taken into account in both aspects – organizational and IS.
- Work with Operational and Finance Managers to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of operations – safeguarding of assets, efficient use of recourses -> Actively participate in creation of new rules, documents, procedures and control points.
- Analyze and optimize the processes and implement changes together with Internal Controller SEE.
- Ensure full implementation of Danone Group projects, linked with Internal Control
Working Experience: 2-3 years experience in internal/external control
Skills & Competencies:
-Good analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Good project management and communication skills;
- Ability to coordinate a cross departmental team;
Education : University degree – Economics
PC skills: Good computer skills (MS Office)
Languages : Good knowledge in English
