Reporting to Regional Manager / AVP Internal Audit Europe, participate in planning and executing audit programs in Genpact Operations Centers in European countries.
This is a highly visible role, as it would involve interacting with senior leadership and Operations Teams at all levels, this team reports to the Chief Internal Auditor in India and Audit Committee independently.
-Based on the company’s risk assessment and internal audit plan, perform audits across functions/locations to ensure compliance to policies and procedures
-Have the ability to perform audits/ improvements in processes across all areas of operations, finance, IT etc.
-Have the ability to interact with cross functional teams across locations within Europe and globally
-As the company grows, be able to participate in due diligence in acquisitions
-Strong leadership skills in managing projects, processes and people
-Excellent time management and multitasking skills
-Ability to work with minimal direction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
-Good accounting, operations and computer skills.
-Demonstrates high ethical standards, accuracy and thoroughness
-Excellent team player with customer services skills Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and consistency
-Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian (minimum language criteria).
