An internship in P&G offers you the opportunity to have full responsibility on a project from day one, supported by coaching and on-the-job training of your supervisor.
Being a member of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for creating the context, the tools and the systems which enable all our people to be at their very best.
Through your excellent collaboration and influencing skills you will help develop, motivate and reward our people. In order to lead projects you will have to think creatively and at the same time be result oriented. You will have responsibilities in one of the following areas: training, diversity, recruitment, organization effectiveness, employee and labour relations or compensation and benefits.
Starting summer '08, and continuing throughout the academic year 08 - 09, your internship in HR will be in one of the following areas:
- Internship on Employer Branding for our new Plant in Ploiesti area (Bucharest commuting distance).
- Internship on Learning and Development for our new Plant in Ploiesti area (Bucharest commuting distance).
Both internships are located in Bucharest, but require frequent commuting as your project develops. It is possible that upon completion of internship you will be offered a position in our new Plant.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years into studies
Top talent with business background coupled with HR interest
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities
Leadership/self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis.
Good command of the English language.
