Internship for terminal year students/Master students across Balkans - You will lead a project to analyse Balkan markets on trends and identify opportunities for future marketing strategies

Consumer & Market Knowledge function in P&G work like business consultants. We develop a very deep understanding of the markets and consumers and we work to place our consumers in the center of all P&G’s business decisions. You would join CMK because:
We lead strategic thinking as consultants to internal multi-functional business teams by championing the voice of the consumer
We drive Strategic Choices on our established brands and key retail partners through our understanding of:
- Brand Equity and retailer equity
- Market Mix Optimization (Media spend, coupons, promotion, etc.)
- Advertising Quality (TV, radio, press, etc.)
- Habits & Practices (Understanding why consumers buy what they buy)
- Winning in the store (Merchandising, shelf layout, etc.)
- Solid industry knowledge regarding market, consumer, and retailer trends
We do portfolio/risk management. Our role is to manage risk and to help our businesses make the very best decisions to ensure successful product launches.

To create a review across all Balkan countries to identify business opportunities for P&G. Countries will be analysed for their historic, economic, demographic, social, cultural and business aspects. Based on these an analysis will be shared with the objective to increase our understanding of the Balkan markets/consumers and to identify new business opportunities. A presentation would be made to lead team. So you will have the opportunity to prove your leadership, communicate your strategies right through to top management.

Employment with work contract for 3 months (Jan-Mar’08)
Outstanding, hands-on experience in a project on which you will have full responsibility.
