RESPONSABILITATI

Brilliant team is looking for outstanding Business Development Manager based in Bucharest.

Definition of a successful Sales person as in Lugera dictionary:

• Identifying key decision makers within regional accounts. We mean talk the talk and walk the walk!
• Building strategies for gaining access and consolidating trusting and successful business relationships within these accounts. Beaten track – followers are allowed, although out-of-the box thinkers are highly appreciated.
• Negotiating equitable and mutually-beneficial contracts. Meaning that you are able to use both legal and accounting terminology in the same sentence, after friendly intro!
• Creating and maintaining Account Plans for each Regional Account. Make sure you are a long distance runner, not just a sprinter!
• Interacting with marketing team to support Accounts’ marketing activities.
• Developing and sustaining working relationships with sales teams within Branches. Make them practice the Lugera preach and all go in the same direction!
• Working with internal teams to ensure all regional Accounts have excellent customer experience. Meaning: warm, funny, out-of-the box, creative, talkative, brilliantly outspoken and witty!


CERINTE

• Previous experience in selling services is mandatory.
• A plus would be if you have thorough understanding and perspective over the HR services market.
• Minimum of 3 years’ successful experience developing and managing strategic accounts in the B2B services industries. Proven results are a must.
• Consultative, relationship-based sales style and proven success exceeding sales quota. Although we’d love to talk and listen to you talking, figures sometimes speak for themselves. Let them do their job!
• Strong track record of entering, negotiating and developing new business opportunities within strategic accounts. Keep in store some success stories for the interview.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a Strategic Account Plan to achieve long-term sales goals. As we said before: we appreciate sprinters, but prefer marathon runners.
• Creative, strategic thinker and problem solver. Make us see your vision, but most important understand it!
• An independent self-starter who appreciates and respects working in a team. Note that we are looking for a pilot, not for a copilot.
• Patient, persistent and persuasive in driving sales results. Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up and make sure you get to the point you planed!
• Adaptable and customer-focused. Our customers are the reason for which we exist!
• Strong written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create professional sales proposals and contracts. That is: switching for formal to friendly and back to legal terminology, in a snap.
