RESPONSABILITATI

The ITM is responsible for the system- and product integration and monitors the adherence to the test process. He coordinates and supports inter-working between various teams (product test, system test, validation, CAE, simulation) which are involved in the test process.


The ITM collects all the information necessary for the test process to ensure that all conditions are fulfilled to start a development project from test point of view.

The ITM should ensure that:

* there are no overlaps and no gaps between product test and system integration test resp. system test
* all dependencies between products, simulators and labs will be handled
* built systems with test data will be delivered in time
* correction test phases for bug fixes will be coordinated
* all test milestones are planned
* necessary hardware is available (lab for product test, system test, validation)
* validations will get all necessary project information

With start of the project, the ITM is responsible for controlling and tracking of:

* implementation of test plans
* implementation of test strategy
* test preparation of product integration and test
* test execution of product integration and test
* test preparation of system integration and test
* test execution of system integration and test
* integration test plans
* test strategy
* test metrics
* test reports
* traceability of test cases

The related project management activities will be performed in close co-operation with technical project managers from Thales Germany.


CERINTE

Education/Qualification:

* Technical study of computer science, transportation, business administration or similar;
* Project Management Training; PMI certification represents an advantage;
* Test Management Training; ISTQB Certified Test Manager represents an advantage;
* Good English knowledge (written and spoken);

Preferred experience:

* Experience in managing software projects
* Experience in safety-related systems (SIL 4) represents an advantage
* CENELEC knowledge, especially software development after EN 50128 represents an advantage

Experience and responsibilities in projects:

* Cover the Project status (e.g. performances and deadlines) and supervise project cycle, decide upon remedy in case of deviations, as the case may be.
* Assurance of the observance of economic objectives and technical specifications. Document intermediary states and elaborate reports.
* Manage and supervise supplying positions.
* clarify bottlenecks, as well as hardware and software technical problems and introduce corrective actions under consideration of economic objectives/specifications
* Administrate Project describing documents.

Establish and agree upon tasks within the framework of Project objectives. Plan and manage professionally the deployment of the employees. Check and discuss working results. Support the employees in case of the correction of the working processes.

The activities require considerable knowledge of the project management, of the products and systems, as well as of the railway signalling technology.

The activities are performed predominantly autonomously. Work results and decisions are agreed upon within the framework of the Project Team.
