Develop and execute planning strategy of Discovery Channel in Romania
Cooperating with Adsales Director on evolving a 1st class coherent execution strategy for all local & international campaigns
Working with Line Manager & Research team to develop full understanding of ratings information and its impact on all campaigns
Working with Line Manager to find new ways for developing/improving Client service;
Working closely with ICP team, planning and ensuring delivery of international spot campaigns.
Preparing day for airing in booking system
Work closely with Line Manager and Director of Sales on Inventory Management for Romanian market and optimization of breaks, finding & developing procedures
Creating and Executing spot bookings for Agencies & Clients
Providing first class support to Agencies and Clients on spot campaigns
Developing post campaign analysis projects for campaigns using data from TNS/AGB Romania.
Ensuring that all campaigns are ready for month end reconciliation by Finance
Preparing non-standard analysis (on request) for Clients
Informing and managing relevant internal stakeholders of potential inventory conflicts.
Work with Line Manager on all requested reports/data by Ad Sales team in Romania and ICP team
Coordinating reports for Departmental Head on Romanian Market if it is necessary
Represent Line Manager in conference calls and meetings in his absence
2-3 years experience in commercial planning in target markets
Fluency in language (English) is essential
Team Player
Knowledge and usage of TV-meter systems in Romania, Excel
