RESPONSABILITATI

• To manage and extend distribution of insurance products (in terms of maximizing production, business persistence);
• To deliver the agreed business plan / budget (manpower, productivity, persistence);
• Ensures that all RMs possess the required knowledge and skills. Leads and motivates them to apply these skills, with conviction and proper attitude, removing any objective or assumed barriers, to achieve budgeted objectives;
• Grow talent in order to support distribution strategy and objectives ;
• Effective follow up of Branches performance and identify / implement new necessary initiatives/campaigns and corrective actions well in advance. Regular contact in the field, with Branch Managers and RMs is an essential part of this process;
• Ensures that the Branches provide high quality, reliable and compliant service to our customers during the initial sales process and throughout the life of each insurance product;
• Apply standards and procedures to facilitate the effective, disciplined and consistent sales process for insurance products;
• Cooperate with the Training Department to provide appropriate, regularly updated training, oriented towards results and attitude building in a measurable and profitable way;
• To reduce infrastructure cost and ensure all activities are conducted within the framework of company’s best practices, financial and ethical rules and all applicable laws;
• To grow the market by identifying business opportunities and developing them;
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.


CERINTE

• University Degree;
• Management background;
• Experience in Sales Management (Insurance experience is a plus);
• Action oriented with a sense of urgency. Decisive, able to resolve business and people issues, with “business logic” before they get out of hand;
• Geared towards results giving emphasis to top line.
• Able to communicate effectively and get the commitment of people;
• Good sales and negotiating skills;
• Ability to manage a team, having well developed leadership and coaching skills;
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
