- Record First Notification of Loss
- Explain to the Insured or Claimant the nature and extent of indemnity
- Appoint and manage vendors
- Manage recoveries actions
- Proceed with settlement
- Key role in delivering a service to producers and costumers according to SLA and AIG claims handling policy
- Excellent knowledge of both local language and the country is fundamental
- University Master Degree in law – preferably (Civil law, Tort law, Insurance law…)
- Ability to work on different problems simultaneously;
- Good English level
- Good Spanish level, French an asset
- Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge/experience would be an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer service skills – Costumer oriented
- Self-governing people
- Ability to use an IT system in English
