- creating and managing the relationship with the insurance partners – insurance brokers, insurance companies (CASCO insurance, TPL, PPI) negotiation of the insurance master agreements
- ensure adequate staffing and technological infrastructure/support to ensure the effective execution of the insurance function
- managing the operational risk correlated with the insurance activity
- creating, updating and implementing operational workflows and procedures in order to improve the operational efficiency
- Minimum 2 years working experience within an insurance company or within an insurance broker, especially in Auto Insurance field
- Good knowledge of insurance legislation and leasing sector
- Proven skills in insurance portfolio management and business development
- Be able to learn, understand and communicate industry rules and regulations
- Strong management skills
- Good command of English
- Very good negotiation skills
