In the short term (4 months) will be in charge of the review of the installations project, management of the relation with the subcontractors, elaboration of comparatives, optimization of the installations project and participate actively on the definition of the final installations contracts.
After that phase he will be positioned between the site teams and the Bucharest headquarters, he will be the link to execute the installations.
He might resolve and consult technical problems resolution, cost control, coordination of the subcontracting companies, relation with the main client and its engineering company.

The construction projects are mainly based on residential areas and office buildings based in Bucharest and Constanta.
-Mechanical Engineer/Constructions Diploma-very good technical education
-3 years of experience on the field, such as technical projects redaction or site installation managing.
Experience on site will be an advantage but it¿s not essential. -capacity to learn about the on going projects.
