For one of our clients, a major company, active in construction field, we are looking for an Installation Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Organising the Installation activity and the activity of the subcontractors;
- Coordinating outside suppliers with deliveries;
- Motivating Site Managers and on-site operatives;
- Solving the technical problems that may occur;
- Supervising the general quality of the activity;
- Monitoring Health & Safety regulations on site;
- Supervising the accomplishment of the contract's terms (having in view the deadlines and quality);
- Making project follow-up activities;
- Reporting periodically the evolution of the projects.
- University degree (preferably in Constructions);
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Constructions field;
- Computer Literate : Microsoft Office, Project (would be a plus), Outlook;
- Good command of English language;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and CDM Regulations 2007.
- Driving licence B category.
