- Absolvent de studii superioare- domeniul juridic;
- Atestat de Inspector Resurse Umane-constituie avantaj;
- Experienta intr-o pozitie similara minim 1 an- constituie avantaj;
- Bune cunostinte de legislatia muncii si de salarizare;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza, nivel mediu;
- Nivel avansat de utilizare a programelor MsOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Explorer;
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare cu membri echipei;
- Persoana orientata spre rezultate, atenta la detalii, dinamica si cu capacitate ridicata de adaptare.
