- Gestioneaza si verifica fisele de pontaj;
- Coordoneaza activitatea de centralizare a pontajelor pentru salariatii companiei client;
- Gestioneaza baza de date cu salariatii companiei;
- Intocmeste statele lunare de plata;
- Intocmeste declaratiile aferente activitatii de payroll catre autoritatile statului;
- Incheie contracte de munca si acte aditionale pentru angajatii temporari ai companiei;
- Intocmeste si transmite catre management raporte periodice.

Cerinte:
- Absolvent studii superioare;
- Experienta minim 2 ani intr-o pozitie similara;
- Cunoastinte de legislatia muncii si calcul salarial;
- Cunostinte de contabilitate reprezinta un avantaj;
- Capacitate de analiza si sinteza;
- Abilitati de comunicare si de relationare;
- Abilitati de a lucra atat in echipa cat si individual;
- Atentie sporita la detalii;
- Experienta in folosirea unui soft de calcul salarial;
- Cunostinte avansate de limba Engleza.
