- knowledge and observance of the labour legislation in effect
- drawing up labour contracts, additional acts, decisions, certificates and other specific documents
- operates the labour and personnel related documents (employees' labour cards,employees' general account register)
- verifies and makes sure that all personnel files are complete
- keeps in touch with the I.T.M. and with other related authorities
- solid PC skills (WizSalary is an advantage;willing to learn personnel dedicated software)
- HR training (classes)
- 3 years experience
- Labour Ministry certificate
- very good organizing and communication skills
- no criminal record/no penal, criminal prosecution
- no major conflicts with previous employers
- english/german language
We are an Austrian company, located in CALARASI. Our factory produces plywood and blockboard both for the internal market and for export.
