• Inside Sales specialists will be required to make a minimum amount of telephone calls per day and schedule appointments on behalf of the BD and marketing team
• In addition to dials per day, successful calls / connects per day and appointments set per month, Inside Sales specialists will be ultimately measured by revenues generated via inside sales efforts
• Successful candidates will work for the European Lead Generation team, remotely supporting the Business Development team and the European Marketing team of Genpact
• Successful candidates will receive back-end support in building call lists and conducting lead research.
• Reporting of leads generated and adherence to Key Performance Indicators is critical for this role
• Up to 3 years of relevant inside sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluency in English (B2 level) and German or French (C1 level)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently as part of a remote, virtual team
• Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
• Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects and campaigns
• Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, in particular, the ability to have a peer-to-peer conversation at the C-level
