RESPONSABILITATI

-This position is responsible for managing, coaching and supporting Inside Sales Account
-Managers (ISAMs), and Inside Sales Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) in a Sales Operations environment
-Coordinate the Bulgarian and Romanian IS team (6 persons) to reach Inside Sales business
development target/quota on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Coach the ISAMs and ICAMs team
-Monitor individual and team performance and manage the appropriate processes for development/results
-Cooperate with the local and regional Cisco Sales Management
- Implement new business development strategies
- Deliver team forecast on a weekly basis
- Ensure optimum levels of quality including but not restricted to, all sales activities such as contact quality, communications efficiency, accuracy of information provided, etc.


CERINTE

Qualifications and Experiences required :
- Bachelor s degree
- At least 5 years sales experience with a proved, sustained track record of successful sales of
solutions to medium accounts, preferably major carriers, either as a supplier or a systems integrator environment
- Strongly focused on solution selling
- Proved experience in sales team management and reporting
- Relationship management: experience in building and managing sales teams
- Management skills: articulate with excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of client and company management.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate win-win agreements
- Ability to analyse data and translate into professional sales presentations
- Fluency in English is mandatory and in one or more of the languages of the Region is desirable

OnLine is currently looking for its branch in Romania, completely dedicated to its client CisconSystems, a Sales Manager (Line Manager) who will coordinate and coach the Romanian and Bulgarian Inside Sales team (6 persons), being responsible for their targets achievement, in strictly relationship with local and regional Cisco Sales Management.
