- explain and promote Innovation concepts (Waste Elimination, Value Creation, Best Work Practices)
- educate staff on Waste Elimination tools (with support from European HQ)
- gather, share, suggest BWPs to relevant parties
- pro-active search for WE and BWP opportunities (meetings with managers, contact other subsidiaries, etc.)
- participate in WE activities
- report innovation activities, KPI , etc to EHQ
- organize onsite meetings
- will work under supervision of top management

You just need to be/have:
- University graduate
- at least 1 year experience in business environment
- previous exposure to data structure
- strong motivation to work in Innovation area
- proactive attitude (take initiative, entrepreneurial, not reactive) and persuasiveness (energize people and sell ideas)
- flexible and able to bridge cultural differences
- project management skills (set deadlines, focus on goal, assign responsibilities) would be a plus
- analytical skills
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- very good knowledge of English language
