Inspection Engineers - 5 Vacancy Positions
Should be capable to handle basic functions including but not limited to the followings:
a) Inspects fired / unfired pressure equipment in refinery including steam rising plants, oil heaters, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems and storage tanks.
b) Calculates permissible working pressure of equipment and reports findings.
c) Prepares inspections work-lists for plant turnarounds coordinates these functions with Engineering Maintenance, Operations and Consultant's representatives.
d) Inspects critical equipment at suppliers works as directed
e) Conversant with non-destructive testing methods.
f) Conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes/ standards.
g) Experienced in RBI methodology is preferred
h) Should be familiar with Safely Heath & Environment Rules & Regulations.
Corrosion Engineer - 5 Vacancies Positions-
shall be capable to handle basic functions including but not limited to the followings :
a) Studies monitors and reports on environmental conditions in the Refinery that
cause the deterioration of the metal by corrosion or a combination of corrosion or a combination of corrosion and other adverse factors and recommends solutions
b) Coordinates corrosion control activities with Operations, Maintenance / Engineering and Consultants representatives.
c) Shall be conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes/ standards.
d) Experienced in RBI methodology is preferred
e) Should be familiar with Safely Heath & Environment Rules & Regulations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Requirements:
1) B. Sc in Maintenance or Metallurgical Engineering
2) 8 Years of work experience in a large Refinery/ Petrochemical Fertilizer industry out of which minimum 4 years should be in inspection of running plant of Oil Refinery
Corrosion Engineers
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Requirements:
1) B. Sc in Chemical Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering preferably with post graduated or industrial training in Metallurgy.
2) 8 Years of work experience in a large Refinery/ Petrochemical Fertilizer industry out of which minimum 4 years should be in inspection of running plant of Oil Refinery
