Responsabilitati:
- Suport tehnic in ceea ce priveste procesul de vopsire;
- Gestionarea si mentinerea portofoliului de clienti;
- Organizarea de teste in cazul produselor noi, cerute de catre client;
- Intocmirea de rapoarte specifice;
- Sustinerea unor sesiuni de traininguri tehnice si prezentari privind produsele din portofoliu;
- Rezolvarea/ gestionarea eventualelor reclamatii sau probleme tehnice intalnite de client.
Candidatul ideal:
- Studii Tehnice;
- Limba Engleza – cel putin nivel mediu;
- Abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
- Permis de conducere;
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari in tara.
