Work cohesively with the sales team to produce AutoCAD drawings during the tender stage and finalise working drawings for site use, utilizing the Company formwork systems
Provide material lists for quotations and shipments to the site
Produce and ensure that the drawings indicate the proper use of the Company formwork equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs
Provide analysis and design/price calculations as required
Guide, supervise and approve drawings prepared by junior design engineers
Degree in civil / structural engineering
More than 7 years practical experience in design and building projects
Extensive understanding of project management
Able to plan and handle drawing details
Able to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Working knowledge of task allocation, self and team management, recognize and guide group processes
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Good communication skills in English
Positive attitude and open to new ideas/change processes
Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
