The person selected will be responsible for elaborating and follow up the different tenders in the construction of water infrastructures. The post is based in Bucharest and it requires frequent travelling in the Country. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible person, able to work with little supervision. Good written and communication skills, both in Romanian and English, are required.
The main responsibilities are:
To review and analyze tenders for major infrastructure projects.
Elaborate the technical and economical proposals.
Coordinate the tender procedures with administration and technical personal.
Negotiate prices and bill of quantities with subcontractors.
Elaborate and follow up the marketing plan.
Visit clients for tender studies and negotiations.
Degree in Civil engineering.
5 to 10 years experience in construction companies, specifically in the water infrastructure sector.
Fluent in English.
2 years experience in a similar post.
Drivers license.
Knowledge of yellow FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
