RESPONSABILITATI

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
required to join an International Firm of Building Services Consulting Engineers, currently working in Romania at various locations. The candidate will be based in Bucharest working on a number of retail and residential projects.


CERINTE

Experience should be demonstrated in the following areas.

1.Accepting the Client’s brief
2.Surveying and Reporting
3.Cost Estimating
4.Design and preparation of detailed engineering drawings
5.Writing and preparing Technical Specifications
6.Preparation of Tender Documents
7.Negotiate and Liaise with Utility Providers
8.Analyse Tender Offers and prepare Tender Reports
9.Attend Design Team
10.Attend Site Meetings and generally administer projects on site
11.Comment when requested on Contractors’ Payment Certificates and undertake Cost control through to Final Accounts
12.Carry out and report on Periodic Site Inspection
13.Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are achieved

Candidates must be computer literate and be able to speak, read and write both Romanian and English.
