• Coordinates two sections with two teams: hard and soft, two deputies in each sections
• Must be responsible for a complete solution:
o Studying the problem with all other managers
o Studying the problem with the smallest employees and responding to their ideas , problems and suggestions
o Planning the easiest solution on papers
o Structuring the solution in software architecture planning
o Writing the software in order to be in a very friendly way. Window type, to be easy to use it


o Thinking of how many seconds an employee can do a simple transaction or an operation.
o Selecting the correct hardware solution

o Testing the solution with employees
o Following personally the test.
o Ask for the users and their managers on the software performance and usability

o Make all the necessary modifications
o Keep following up the improvement to the solution
o Writing instructions for :
a- what the solution for
b- when to use
c- how to use
• Reports for all departments.
• network
• telephone use
• internet use
• security access use
• data use and theft
• Reports in easy readable forms for all departments

• Always finding easy solutions in order to optimize the operation of the company. Fast, cheap, and very good quality.
• Any other issue that is related to technological solution in the company
• Internal security: Supervises and improves the access system for employees and limits the applications number for users for each computer according to the users rights
• External security: implements all necessary solutions to prevent the access of strangers in the internal network and to prevent the economic espionage
• Critical recovery plan: creates back-up for all data base and for all IT critical resources

• Help desk: Create a site for help desk, available 24/7for all users and create operational procedure for this activity
• Servers: permanent maintenance and upgrading of all servers and users for accuracy of the data 24/7. Assures optimum conditions in the server’s room, according to IT standards. Analyses all reports and assures the updating of operational procedures to the continuity of the activity

• Network: Completes the network in the headquarter and completes the local network to upgrade or to make changes for an optimum functioning conditions
• Maintenance plan for hardware: assures the completness of the hardware inventory: computers, printers, switche, etc. Assures optimum set-up of the equipments.
Example: all printers must be installed as network printers.
• Continuity plan: creates and implements a continuity plan to assure an easy transition for all persons within IT Department in case of unavailability (living the company, medical vacation, etc)

• Creates an action plan for IT infrastructure, based on up mentioned objectives
