Technical development of the channel
Development of new Technical activities and implementing solutions from the market,
Create the concept of interactive broadcasting on technical side
Create the technical background of the formats of the programs and launch these shows.
Develop the design plan of the studio and controlled the process of its construction.
Work out all the technical issues: play out system, uplink and/or cable connections.
Building relationship with broadcast business partners,
Taking part in the preparing and accomplishing of the business plan of channel,
Planning activities regarding new projects which are going to be implemented in the framework of the business group
• Close cooperation with Managing Director in country and with International team
Managing and coordination of business activities in his department,
Cooperation with other departments
Preparing technical developments and giving options for new technical solutions
Working close to the content team and giving them technical support
University degree (some advantage but not a condition is degree of Technical, broadcasting, at a university abroad)
Experience with TV – special with start up TV channel from zero
Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook),
Good negotiating and presentation skills,
Good written and spoken English skills,
Communicational and management skills,
A minimum 2-year background in TV business
All-around knowledge of broadcast and play-out technologies (specialized in Play Box environment)
Knowledge of all possible play-out software and applications
