-Negociaza si administreaza contractele cu producatori din partea conducerii;
-Monitorizeaza si asista cultivatorul cu instalatii de operare;
-Se asigura ca instructiunile instalatiei sunt urmate;
-Monitorizeaza si coordoneaza controlul daunatorilor,bolilor si buruienilor campurilor;
-Inspecteaza campul in timpul curatarii porumbului si coordoneaza activitatile de curatare a porumbului impreuna cu producatorul.
-Studii superioare de specialitate;
-Minim 2 ani experienta in productia comerciala/privata a culturii de porumb sau experienta in domeniu agronomic- cerinta eliminatorie;
-Abilitati de negociere si comunicare;
-Persoana flexibila;
-Disponibilitate de a lucra uneori in weekend;
-Limba engleza nivel avansat- cerinta eliminatorie;
-Cunostinte PC(E-mail, Microsoft Office).
