- Plans, develops, coordinates focused on managing the road infrastructure division;
- Determines project requirements in terms of equipment, materials and human resources;
- Estimates costs with the Estimation Department and monitors expenditures;
- Applies technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating the infrastructure projects;
- Supervises technical support personnel, contractors and construction workers;
- Contract management and monitoring;
- Business development and implementation of development strategies in Romania;
- Research of new customers.
-Technical degree Construction University - Infrastructure Faculty;
- Strong knowledge of road infrastructure construction;
- Background in an international working environment;
- MBA is an advantage;
- Travelling availability;
- Organization and leadership skills;
- Power of persuasion;
- PC Skills (MS-Office),
- Flexibility, team spirit, ability to promote himself;
- Fluent in German/English;
- Good communication skills;
- The ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- The ability to think logically and solve problems;
- Team leader;
- Driving licence: B;
