RESPONSABILITATI

Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our Infrastructure Configuration Management System, including processes, plans, procedures and tools.

- Propose and agree the scope of the Configuration Management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded. Develop Configuration Management plans, principles, processes and procedures in collaboration with system and database administration teams.
- Administrate the Configuration Management system and propose, design and implement improvements for system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute population of the CMDB. Ensure regular housekeeping of the CMDB.
- Perform configuration audits to check that the physical IT inventory is consistent with the CMDB and initiates corrective action.
- Manage the infrastructure licenses as these are a special configuration item. Keep licenses inventory, verify that licenses are correctly purchased after a HW upgrade, propose licenses reutilization when the case, verify that the existing licenses comply with the supplier licensing model, propose licenses maintenance agreement renewal.
