RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide interpretation of ING Group IT Risk Policies & Minimum Standards to understand how they apply to the business;
- Perform Business Impact Assessments/ Threat Vulnerabilities and Controls Assessments / Data Classification;
- Overall responsibility to support the Management in performing an adequate Risk Management Programme in line with ING Group Policies, Minimum Standards, Guidelines and Procedures;
- Participate in designated IT projects and developments, advising on IT security requirements;
- Analyze external connections/firewall changes, identify gaps and propose solutions to minimize/eliminate the impact;
- Participate in Penetration Testing/Vulnerability Scans activities and manage the remediation of security findings;
- Measure and report the implementation of security framework throughout the organization;
- Implement and maintain a Security Awareness framework.


CERINTE

- Academic degree -preferably in the IT field;
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience;
- Specific security knowledge of various IT systems (e.g. network devices, operating systems, applications, databases);
- Good level of English, verbal & written;
- Problem solving & analysis skills;
- Planning and organizing abilities;
- Good communication skills, both Romanian and English.
