The Information Security Officer is accountable for the effective implementation of Information Security related policies and procedures in line with business requirements and corporate standards across Various of the Company's offices in Europe. The Information Security Officer Will work together with Other Business Functions Within the Company and external organizations and Departments.
High level responsibilities include:
¿¿¿ Communicating with Security Risks and management about the current state of security of the business;
¿¿¿ Interpreting corporate and local security policies, procedures, guidelines and best practices to understand how They Apply to the specific business;
¿¿¿ Representing the company in corporate forums and in Customer Interactions Within the area of information security;
¿¿¿ Development, maintenance and communication of business-specific policies, procedures and guidelines;
¿¿¿ Verifying that secure change control process is instituted for all systems and applications;
¿¿¿ Security Monitoring compliance of networks, servers, and applications;
¿¿¿ Ensuring client PCs have the correct versions Contain and secure anti-virus software and security tools Any Other recommended.
¿¿¿ Providing security awareness Within the business.
¿¿¿ evaluating, testing, and Implementing Security Technologies that Meet Business Needs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has:
¿¿¿ Degree in the area of Information Technology,
¿¿¿ relevant experience in the area of information security (min 3 years) in the multicultural environment
¿¿¿ knowledge of information security standards such as ISO27001, compliance auditing (min 2 years).
¿¿¿ Proven project management experiences (BS 779S)
¿¿¿ Solid communication and problem solving skills,
¿¿¿ knowledge of audit methodologies,
¿¿¿ Analytical mindset and can-do attitude.
