The Information Security and IT Compliance Manager is accountable for the effective implementation of Information Security related and other IT policies and procedures in line with business requirements and corporate standards across various Genpact offices in Europe. The Information Security and IT Compliance Manager will work together with other business functions within Genpact and external (non-Genpact) organizations and departments. High level responsibilities include:
• Communicating with management about security risks and the current state of security of the business;
• Interpreting corporate and customer specific security policies, procedures, guidelines and best practices to understand how they apply to the specific business;
• Representing Genpact Europe in corporate forums and in customer interactions within the area of information security and IT compliance;
• Development, maintenance and communication of business specific policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Verifying that a secure change control process is instituted for all systems and applications;
• Providing security and IT compliance awareness within the business.
• Evaluating, testing, and implementing security and audit technologies that meet business needs.
• Responsible for preparation and execution of internal and external IT audits
• Participates in planning and execution of new process transitions including IT and Information Security requirement analysis and implementation of requirements
• Creates procedures and documentation related to processes in IT and Information Security area
• Cooperates with IT personals inside the global organization and occasionally with IT departments of various customers
The ideal candidate has:
• degree in the area of information technology,
• relevant experience in the area of information security in a multicultural environment
• knowledge of information security standards such as ISO27001,
• proven project management experiences,
• experience with IT and information security audits
• solid communication and problem solving skills,
• knowledge of audit methodologies,
• analytical mindset and can-do attitude.
