- Overall responsibility to support the Management and the Business Unit and service the offices in performing an adequate Information Security operations in the organisation, in line with ING policies, standards, guidelines and procedures;
- Perform the operational security administration of operating systems and applications on behalf of the System Owners;
- Implement security controls according with internal policy and rules;
- Develop procedures related to security administration. Process the administration of users and authorisations, passwords, access rules, cryptographic key management to valid procedures and working instructions;
- Investigate and report security violations and events or suspected actions;
- Provide procedures and/or working instructions for all users, how to request and use ID¿s, logical accesses and security functions in the systems (e.g. password change);
- Identify and report security breaches in systems, applications and/or processes;
- Investigate and escalate incidents with IRM Manager/COO and business owners;
- Test and select (new) Security tools;
- Patch management to critical systems in conjunction with ICT specialists;
- Produce daily reports in conjunction with the Information Risk Management Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer or his replacement.
- University degree in Cybernetics (ASE ¿ CSIE);
- Specialized training - preferably;
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience (Novell and WinNT);
- Solid communication skills (both Romanian and English, oral and written communication);
- Planning and organizing abilities, accurate, self-disciplined;
- Stress resistance, independence and initiative, adaptability.
