- Ensures that all the business information relevant to the production process is fully collected and is accurate
- Checks, follows and enforces the staff to fill in the information in the business suite applications
- Checks the quality / accuracy of the information in the business suite applications according to a predefined procedure / checklist
- Keeps track of users in all applications, ads or deletes users
- Conducts training programs to new hires, existing staff in regards to the business suite applications
- University graduated
- Min.1 year relevant experience
- Possess broad knowledge of Information Technology concepts
- Result oriented, good task management
- Attention to detail
- Good with numbers, analytic mind
- Client focused
- High sense of responsibility
- Work under pressure
- Good Excel knowledge, Word and PowerPoint
- Statistics knowledge is a plus
- English language - intermediate level
