RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensures that all the business information relevant to the production process is fully collected and is accurate (based on this information, the business analysts will produce statistics and reports about the operation business and will suggest improvements)
- Checks, follows and enforces the staff to fill in the information in the business suite applications
- Checks the quality / accuracy of the information in the business suite applications according to a predefined procedure / checklist
- Keeps track of users in all applications, ads or deletes users
- Conducts training programs to new hires, existing staff in regards to the business suite applications

The working program for this position is 4:00pm to 00:00am


CERINTE

- University graduated
- Min.1 year relevant experience
- Possess broad knowledge of Information Technology concepts
- Result oriented, good task management
- Initiative, problem solving, dynamic, planning and organization, attention to detail.
- Good with numbers, analytic mind.
- Client focused.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Work under pressure.
- Good Excel knowledge, Word and PowerPoint.
- Statistics knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
