For one of our clients, a world leader in production of building materials, such as cement, aggregates and concrete, gypsum and roofing products, with factories in 76 countries all over the world, we are looking for an INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENTS COORDINATOR who can take up the responsibility of managing the new works and investment projects for its cement factory in MEDGIDIA.
- Collaborating with other departments for the elaboration of projects, feasibility studies and technical solutions, and also for estimating necessary budgets for each investment project;
- Applying company procedures for making the rentability studies and opening credit lines;
- Elaborating bid documentation with technical specifications necessary for offer requests;
- Ensuring compliance with company technical specifications for all investment works;
- Collaborating with the Acquisitions Department, suppliers of equipment and services, design and research institutes;
- Participating to the negotiation of contracts;
- Ensuring technical documentation and spare parts for every investment work;
- Communicating permanently with construction teams on site;
- Signing for the reception of equipment required for the investment works;
- Signing for the reception of investment works;
- Participating to the training of users when the work is finished;
- Ensuring the maintenance of installations and equipment, in compliance with environmental legislation.
- Technical university degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Installation fields;
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing investment projects of over 50.000 EUR;
- Results oriented and ability to comply with deadlines;
- Ability to identify problems and to come up with appropriate solutions;
- Fluency in English or German.
- Challenging and independent assignment in a dynamic and highly professional business team;
International exposure.
