- Organize and lead the problem solving cross-functional project team;
- Support Factory management with professional independent analysis and feasibility studies related to process organization;
- Enable and support problem solving of interdepartmental tasks related to manufacturing process;
- Conduct effectiveness analysis of existing process flow;
- Prepare feasibility studies and propose / implement changes;
- Prepare the projects documentation according to defined standards;
- Regularly inform management about plans, results, current and anticipated projects, and recommend actions;
- Keep abreast on PMI business processes and implement best practices at local level.
- University degree (Industrial Engineering or similar);
- Minimum 2 years experience in a multinational, industrial field;
- Previous experience in Project management, Change management and Internal consulting;
- Strong analytical, conceptual and achievement orientation skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Comfortable working in a cross functional team;
- Proven customer orientation;
- Good level of MS Office;
- Good command of English.
