Currently, we are looking for candidates willing to join a competitive, rewarding business environment for the positions of: INDIGO SERVICE COORDINATOR – ENGLISH SPEAKERS

The Indigo service planning is the link between the technical teams and the customers. The service planners coordinate things so that the customers receive the right service according to their agreement with HP.

Responsabilities:

-Act as a point of contact between the technical teams, the non-technical teams and customer
-Will make sure the process flow is followed, as per procedure
-Constantly follow-up on outstanding cases
-Parts ordering, handling escalations when required, find suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
-Coordinate activity between teams across different countries/entities so that all defined process phases are successfully completed,
-Manage process escalations when required


CERINTE

-Young graduate
-Fluent English is a must
-Good communication skills (verbal)
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to coordinate activities of virtual teams
-Customer oriented
-Team player
-Strong conflict resolution skills
-Negotiation skills
-Structured approach
-Any other European language is a plus
