RESPONSABILITATI

The Indigo sales order admin is the link between the technical teams and the HP partners. The order admins coordinate things so that the customers receive the right service according to their agreement with HP.

You will:

Act as a point of contact between the customers and the technical teams
Parts ordering, handling escalations when required, parts return;
Maintaining the Indigo data base up to date;
Collecting data from the customers on a regular basis


CERINTE

Customer oriented with good written and spoken English and Spanish skills,
Good communication skills
Confident with numbers
Patient, well organized, self-dependent, flexible and proactive person
Able to work under pressure and to exercise independent judgment
Team player
PC literate
