RESPONSABILITATI

The Indigo service planning is the link between the technical teams and the customers. The service planners coordinate things so that the customers receive the right service according to their agreement with HP.

Job Description
-Act as a point of contact between the customer and the technical teams
-Will support the engineering teams in daily basis
-Constantly inform the customers on the case status via the phone
-Parts ordering, handling escalations when required, parts return
-Maintaining the Indigo data base up to date
-Collecting data from the customers on a regular basis


CERINTE

-Fluent in English and German
-Excellent communication skills
-Young graduate
-Team player. Able to work under pressure
-Customer service mentality
-Conflict resolution skills
-Very well organized
-Available to work in shifts
-Microsoft Office tools knowledge
