The team is the link between the HP technical teams and the customers. The service planners coordinate resources (human and logistic) so that the customers receive the right service according to their agreement with HP.
Daily Activities:
·Field support engineers daily scheduling for UK, Germany, Italy, France, Benelux;
·Constantly informing the customers on the case status via the phone;
·Parts ordering, handling escalations when required, parts return;
·Maintaining the Indigo data base up to date;
·Collecting data from the customers on a regular basis;
·English and German– advanced
·PC literate
·Good communication skills (verbal)
·Team player
·Customer oriented
·Good organization skills
·Able to work under pressure
·Able to make decisions
