• Monitor the Quality Node and liaise with QA where applicable to provide real time feedback;
• Trending data of the daily collected information;
• Participate on the weekly follow-up meetings with all relevant 2nd Level groups;
• Daily or weekly reports in accordance with the client’s and management’s requests;
• Coordinate Priority 1 & Priority 2 tickets handling;
• Monitoring queues and assigning tickets;
• Monitoring mailboxes;
• Analyze OPEN & HOLD Tickets.
• English proficiency;
• Advanced knowledge of 2nd European language is highly desirable;
• Soft skills: strong analytical abilities; reporting, planning and organizing skills; problem solver; customer awareness; self starter;
• Experience in a support center environment is a competitive advantage;
• Familiarity with PC components in regards to functions and performances;
• Knowledge of Win2000 and WinXP;
• Good command of MS Office package;
• Knowledge of networking is a plus.
