RESPONSABILITATI

This position is within Panels Department.Once a respondent is part of our database, from time to time he/she will be invited to participate to various online surveys. To keep respondents motivated to participate to surveys, Incentive Manager must identify ways of rewarding respondents.

* Responsible for the success of Panels department (the department who is in charge with the management of surveys respondents) incentive/rewarding panelists programs;
* The Incentive Manager builds the overall strategy for panelist incentive programs. Incentive programs are based around a point management solution that allocates points based on the number of completed surveys. Panelists can spend points on products, marketing services or other goods that are defined as part of the incentive program.
* The Incentive Manager is responsible for building new incentive strategy, enlarging the incentives programs and implementing for a loyalty program. Proposes various solutions to calculate points to award various categories of survey¿s respondents;
* Develops and implements from time to time new incentive campaigns;
* Prepares detailed reports and presentations about panelists incentive status;
* Identifies new solutions to reward/incentive and motivate panelists to complete surveys;
* Ensures management of incentives & gifts budget
* Ensures proper communication within the AP and/or within other departments;
* Builds relationship with vendors and negotiates with vendors;
* Arranges vendor contracts, bargains for best costs and observes quality of purchased services; accepts and scrutinizes vendor bids and proposals.
* Maintains an accurate database about vendors and providers, products and distributors;
* Prepares reports and required documentation for management regarding incentive budget and all related incentive program¿s activities;
* Responsible for decisions, consequences and results having impact on people, costs and/or service within the functional area;
* Makes decisions and establishes work priorities on essentially policy/procedure-oriented operations.


CERINTE

* Studies: Bachelor of Science degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics;
* Min. 2 years relevant experience;
* A proactive, innovative and flexible person;
* Must be extremely detail oriented, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment;
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company;
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy work environment;
* Experience in purchasing with product knowledge;
* Fluency in English both spoken and written;
* Ability to apply knowledge of market research;
* Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
* Negotiation skills;
* Team spirit and leadership skills;
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
