RESPONSABILITATI

This position is within Panels Department.Once a respondent is part of our database, from time to time he/she will be invited to participate to various online surveys. To keep respondents motivated to participate to surveys, Incentive Manager must identify ways of rewarding respondents.


CERINTE

- Studies: Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Market Research, Marketing, Economics;
- Min. 2 years relevant experience;
- Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to negotiate with vendors;
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company;
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy work environment;
- Experience in purchasing with product knowledge;
- Fluency in English both spoken and written;
- Ability to apply knowledge of market research;
- Accuracy in working with large amounts of data;
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Negotiation skills;
- Team spirit and leadership skills;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
