- To negotiate independently and to prepare various contracts within company's activity on real estate market, especially land sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements (office buildings, retail centres, industrial parks);
- To advice and assist in all legal and administrative matters related to real estate development process from acquisition, through financing and construction process until commercialization (e.g. examining property titles, land use designations, taking care of all legal aspects within procedures for obtaining necessary construction permits, supporting project coordination department in negotiating and preparation of construction contracts, preparing loan agreements, establishing collaterals);
- To arrange for and maintain corporate matters related to special-purpose companies established for particular projects (e.g. fulfilling registration requirements, preparing internal corporate documentation);
- To advice and assist company's directors and employees in all legal matters related to company's activity;
- To keep, up-date and archive all legal documentation related to company's operation.
- Law university degree;
- Min. 4 years experience as Definitive Lawyer;
- Experience in construction/real estate - a must;
- Excellent English knowledge both written and spoken, juridical terms knowledge is an advantage;
- Knowledge of commercial law, labour law, real estate practice;
- Dynamic and enthusiast;Proactive;Very good organizational skills;
- Good knolwdge of FIDIC.
