- Providing legal consultancy regarding company law, data protection legislation, debt assignment and factoring, labor law, competition law, bankruptcy, etc;
- Providing legal consultancy for different internal business projects;
- Providing legal approval for legal documents and other different agreements, due diligence;
- Representing the company for:
different negotiations with third parties;
relationship with institutions and authorities;
Court of Law.
- Law University degree required;
- Min. 2 years of work experience as a lawyer or legal advisor;
- Previous experience on commercial law;
- Very good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Very good English knowledge.
