The ideal candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Legal Recovery Procedures from companies;
- Assessment and legal solutions deployment for commercial debt collection cases including: insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures, legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes;
- Handling enforcement procedures;
- Organizing, planning, coordinating and controlling the recovery cases;
- Using creative strategies, keeping an eye on efficiency and integrity;
- Ensuring a high collection success rate of the portfolio;
- Periodic report to the Manager / Customers by giving status reports.
Our client, a major player on the credit risk management field, is looking for an In House Lawyer to complete it's team.
The most suitable candidate should be:
- A Member of Bucharest Bar or Legal Advisers Union;
Relevant experience in commercial law-at least two years;
- Experienced in insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures, legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes;
- Proficient in English (is a must);
- Computer literate in the Ms Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- An outstanding organizer;
- Capable of working with big portfolios;
- Comfortable with reports, databases;
- Ambitious, dynamic person, persistent, open-minded, analytical thinking, business vocabulary, continuous improving will;
- Results oriented and customer oriented.
Furthermore, he/she should be governed by the following skills:
- Excellent communication & commercial practice, interpersonal skills, stress resistance and good persuasion skills.
